Jeff Knight, a spokesman for the B.C. Ministry of Highways, said this morning that at 4 p.m. Wednesday, the artery reopened along a 48-kilometre stretch running south of Bob Quinn Lake toward Meziadin Junction .
Two sections of the highway were closed because of avalanche danger.
A 90-kilometre stretch running north to Good Hope Lake reopened Tuesday.
"Highway 37 is wide open today," Knight said, though he recommends travellers check the website for regular updates. "We got the last stretch open about 4 o'clock."
Knight said the highway is snowpacked with some slippery conditions - in other words, normal winter driving conditions.
Spokeswoman Jennifer Magnuson of the Yukon's highway branch said the South Klondike, which was closed earlier this week, is open, though conditions can change.
Meanwhile, the Haines Highway will be closed for a time on Saturday to allow for the annual running of the Alcan 200 between the Canada-U.S. border and Dezadeash Lake.
