Premier Sandy Silver said he’s anticipating more news on the COVID-19 vaccine front after he participates in today’s first ministers’ conference.
Silver has been promising more details on the territory’s plans for distributing the virus once a vaccine has been officially approved.
That happened Wednesday with the green light on the Pfizer vaccine by Health Canada officials.
“I spoke directly in a phone call to Prime Minister Trudeau (Tuesday),” Silver said.
“We had a great chat for about a half hour about a whole bunch of things. One of the things is that the federal government will lay out a whole bunch of things for us to talk about.
“With the Pfizer vaccine, we’ve said in the past that because of the fragility of that vaccine that’s it’s not suitable for remote areas. The federal government’s plan is to distribute it to more urban centres. We know Moderna is second-in-line.”
That vaccine, Silver said, is “more suitable for the Yukon, and we also want quick delivery of the total package all at once. We don’t want it coming in dribs and drabs. We want to see all of it up front and as timely as possible.
“I hope tomorrow (Thursday), we have some really good news to share with Yukoners,” the premier said.
He added he’s aware the Yukoners are anxious to know more about the developing situation.
“We know that Yukoners want more information on the distribution of vaccines and (Thursday) will be a good day.”

I would like to thank all those who do not want to get the Co-vid vaccine when it arrives. I'm glad your choice is not to be vaccinated as it moves me closer to the front of the line.

@Sheepchaser - Sounds like you are quite upset that the government has a good handle on this huh? Try to just be happy for a change since this is a good news story which will help Yukon get back to normal. Not everything has to be about politics my friend.

Where’s the doctor? Does he not support the vaccine all of a sudden? Why only the politician up there? What do we need to hear from him? Does he have a medical background? This is not a political thing. Don’t make it that way. Sandy, keep out of the vaccine, its distribution, is legitimacy. ‘I knocked elbows with JT today, look over here, don’t ask questions’. Enough of this. Stop making it political. Facts, checked and rechecked, that’s what people need. Not cosy phone calls.

So it's ANON Conspiracy stuff when there's 300 doctors warning people about disrupting a persons DNA. Take that conspiracy stuff comment and jam it. Do the research on the ingredients of the vaccines. Not a chance anyone in my family is putting that crap in ourselves because Trudeau or anyone else said it's safe. As for the 6 dead, maybe research it instead of offering your finger pointing attitude. My body is my body and nobody is injecting any of this so called vaccine into it

By the way, big pharma usually have an 'indemnity clause' for their vaccines, so they cannot be sued for adverse side effects. Any media article touting a vaccine should also mention that 'indemnity clause'.
Taxpayers are the ones paying for vaccines' adverse side effects.

Forget it, I will NEVER take that rushed vaccine.
Why isn’t mainstream media talking about inexpensive drug treatments for covid19 that are known to work. Such as the anti-viral anti-inflammatory Ivermectin, an inexpensive drug developed in the late 1970's.
See the following presentation to the USA Senate Committee (on youtube) entitled:
“Dr. Pierre Kory testifies to Senate Committee about Ivermectin, Dec. 8, 2020”
Quote from the “Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance” website:
“Dr. Pierre Kory, President of the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), called for the government to swiftly review the already expansive and still rapidly emerging medical evidence on Ivermectin. The data shows the ability of the drug Ivermectin to prevent COVID-19, to keep those with early symptoms from progressing to the hyper-inflammatory phase of the disease, and even to help critically ill patients recover.”

Take 5 minutes and google ‘National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program’. Paid out over $4 billion to date under a ‘no-fault’ regime in the unfavourable to claimants. This is directly from U.S. government websites.

Ad hominem attacks don't serve your case. But, as with all authoritarian fan-boys, "c'est de rigueur".
See how that works?

Who reads all the Anon conspiracy stuff you ask? Well, I’m glad you asked. Have a gander at the Star comments section for starters.

Do you really want to know about Pfizer? Then look into the billions upon billions paid out to families where their "vaccines" and "medicines" have killed or severely disabled people.. in USA they have a vaccine court, a court where it's not made public and cases are sealed... that's just the start... also I'd love to see a full list of ingredients for this vaccine. I've seen your 82 page report, no ingredients anywhere to be found..
