Three men have been released on a promise to appear in court after Whitehorse RCMP seized drugs and cash from a residence on Murphy Road on Friday.

Officers executed a search warrant that afternoon and they seized one kilogram of marijuana estimated to be worth about $6,500, 90 grams of hash estimated to be worth about $2,000 and what's described as "a large sum of cash,” police said this morning.

Three men, in their early 20s, are facing charges that include possession for the purpose of trafficking, proceeds of crime and other related offences, police said.

RCMP are also searching for a fourth man in relation to the investigation.
