Potential exposure notifications updated
Dr. Brendan Hanley, the Yukon’s chief medical officer of health,
Dr. Brendan Hanley, the Yukon’s chief medical officer of health, has issued another potential exposure notification for three locations in Whitehorse related to the most recent case announcement on Tuesday.
The notifications are all Friday, April 9, at:
• the Canada Post outlet and Shoppers Drug Mart at the Qwanlin Mall, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.;
• The Real Canadian Superstore, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.; and
• the Walmart store, from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Anyone experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms should self-isolate and remain at home, take the online self-assessment and arrange to get tested either by calling 393-3083 or booking a test online https://book-covid-19-test.service.yukon.ca/en/.
On Tuesday, Hanley announced a new case related to an out-of-territory resident who arrived in the Yukon before receiving test results from another jurisdiction.
This person turned out to be infected with the so-called U.K. variant of COVID-19.

Nice Stew - If you cannot handle things like alternative opinions, diversity of thought, or reality than you were probably already on shaky ground - mentally. It seems quite reasonable to suggest that if you are struggling that hard to maintain control you have already lost your mind.
I recommend long term therapy with someone who specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy... Wow!?!?
I agree with Josey that you may have forgotten the pid... But then I feel compelled to withdraw that agreement because it seems highly probable that there is a mental health concern... So...

Does this apply to me if I have been double-dosed already? Do I still have to wear a mask and sanitize? Do I have to remain physically distanced from other double-dosers? Do I have to carry proof of my double-dosing?
When do I get my mental and physical freedoms back?

hey folks...I just had a thought, and another post I submitted earlier (up or not not certain) TRIGGERED it.
Given we are not certain who holds the power, and JS has his signature on said fear mandate via Kung-Flu.
Would that not infer his signature has expired as has this order we are held hostage under?
Hint...the doctor is THE wrong answer.
if no ministers are sitting/appointed that LEGIT hold the "POWER" than who is that ...NOW is responsible for said act here regionally?
I'd also say to everyone, grab a set...get back what is yours not theirs and challenge this big time whilst "they" sort out the power and fill that vacuum of corruption.

How is he to parrot the leader when his leader doesn't lead?
Seems the WHO is his favorite, maybe he has a hot line to PM Blackface?

This is BS doesn’t even say if person was charged for not self isolating and going shopping. I and most of people I know are getting tired of this so called confidential BS.

Juniper. So right! I have been saying this for a year now. You cannot expect children to be wearing those awful masks. It is just good for their health. Children need to be exposed to germs and viruses. The real experts that are being stifled by the leftys now say, that breathing back one's own breath is unhealthy and dangerous. Especially with a dirty mask - how many people change their masks? If the are like me, they wear the same one for weeks at a time. On my pension, I can't afford to buy new ones all the time.
The real experts - that the leftys don't want anyone to hear from, are saying now that it could cause body cancer. That and many more health problems in the future. Is anyone listening? Doc Hanley, you're a doctor, why aren't you mentioning these things? I suspect it's your $800,000 plus salary you're getting. Who would want to mess with something like that? I for one will not wear a mask properly. I know what it would do to me eventually. So, put me in jail where it's nice, comfortable and safe. And the clientele there are so nice to mingle with.

We deserve to know how many in the Yukon are Covid immune. The CMO owes Yukoners an explanation for why he forbids the use of proven Covid immunity tests in the Yukon. The CMO's policy makes it look like he is afraid to find out how many Yukoners are naturally immune to Covid and that his restrictions are not supported by medical science and no longer justified.
Authorize immunity tests or end the restrictions; the conflicting policies are unjustified.

"don't kill your grandma" has gotten old, and doesn't work so good anymore. So, here come the variants, and national news is saying..hospitals are overwhelmed with.. YOUNG people! So, now it's don't kill your kids with variants.
No one wants to be sick. No one wants to make anyone else sick. But, I worry about my grandkids. I ate mud pies, drank public water fountains, I had colds, flu, measles, mumps, sore throats, ear aches, chicken pox. I was immunized against small pox, polio. My youngest child is 53. How long are my grandchildren going to live? They are so over protected they won't have any natural immunities. They are not being exposed to anything. Nothing. How long before all those germ killing sanitizers don't work? Antibiotics are already weakened, or don't work, new ones being developed constantly. The childhood diseases activated immune systems. Taught the body how to fight infection. Those diseases are not 'eradicated'. How sick is a person with measles at 50?
Will my grandkids live to be 83?
