Police seek missing man
Whitehorse RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating Ronald Dowell, who was reported missing on Wednesday.
Whitehorse RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating Ronald Dowell, who was reported missing on Wednesday.
The 69-year-old Caucasian man is of slender build, is five feet, eight inches (173 cm) tall, weighs 141 lbs. (64 kg) and has grey hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing army pants, a burgundy hoodie, a black winter coat and red and dark grey running shoes.
He was carrying a burgundy or red backpack.
