Come on JC - You know as well as everyone else he will get the Commission of Crime Commutation, or the Relapse Rescue Sentence Reduction, or the Compassion Club Criminal Behavior is Not Your Fault Rationalization Sentence Discount...

In today’s day and age there will not be any time... The worst that will happen is an apology and a ride home.

There goes another failure of the Justice and Health and Social Services politicos. Perhaps the Crown will get off their assets and apply for a DO/LTO designation. How many fracking times does someone get to harass, torment and commit violence against others before... Wait a minute... FFS... I forgot about Gladue... That’s right folks, Gladue counts each and every time: Sentencing discounts for breaches of process and substantive criminal offences each and every time. There is no expectation to stop or rehabilitate because the Courts will gladly facilitate.

Those charges should get him 3 months with time served.
