Police in the western Yukon community were contacted by a person indicating his cabin had been shot at while he had been away.
“An officer attended and identified approximately 13 bullet holes on one wall of the cabin; the bullets had pierced through the log walls and into the cabin,” police said Wednesday afternoon.
The shooting occurred in the two weeks prior to Sept. 27.
Police are now asking anyone with information about the incident to contact them at 867-862-2677 or visit the Beaver Creek detachment.
