Health and Social Services Minister Tracy-Anne McPhee issued the following statement Tuesday for National Immunization Awareness Week:
“Saturday marked the start of National Immunization Awareness Week, an opportunity to highlight the important role immunization plays in protecting our health and saving lives.
“The World Health Organization estimates that immunization prevents between two to three million deaths every year and has contributed to the reduction of illness and death in adults, children and vulnerable people around the world.
“When a majority of the people in a community are immunized against a disease, it greatly reduces the chances of the disease spreading. This helps protect people such as those who are too young to be immunized and people who cannot be immunized due to other reasons.
“Most recently, immunization has played a significant role in protecting us as a community, our families, children and Elders against COVID-19. We encourage all Yukoners to stay up-to-date on their COVID-19 vaccinations, including boosters.
“Second COVID-19 boosters are now being offered to Yukoners who are 70 years of age or older, people who live in long-term care or other congregate living settings and to people who are immunocompromised.
“Your second booster appointment should be booked six months after your initial booster. We expect second boosters will be available to more Yukoners in the coming months, and I look forward to sharing more details as soon as they are conformed.
“Last year, due to COVID-19, the Whitehorse Health Centre was not able to offer vaccinations in schools. This year, Grade 7 and Grade 10 students can catch up and receive their recommended vaccines in school along with Grade 6 and Grade 9 students.
“This year, our Yukon vaccine program has expanded. The shingles vaccine and high-dose flu vaccine, which is significantly more effective in older adults, are now free to Yukoners 65 and up. The HPV vaccine coverage has also increased.
“This year, the Yukon earned the most improved overall score in the country in CanAge’s 2022 Adult Vaccination in Canada Cross-Country Report Card that evaluates how each province and territory is performing in adult vaccination.
“I would like to thank all the hard-working health professionals in the territory who have helped vaccinate Yukoners, and I applaud Yukoners in the taking steps needed to ensure our communities remain healthy and safe.”

Austin...good post, valid points.
That said, she is just doing the game of politics, they all do it.
For any citizen to actually hold trust in any of them, is a very fatal error.
The job typically attracts narcissistic folks, many outright snake charmers.
The problem with her, and her team here and in Beijing 2.0 is they are so so accustomed to never being called out on anything substantial.
Their behaviour both suggests and illustrates their vile contempt for old stock Canada.
Treating our citizen like we live in China proper, with some blowholes waving their political power wand and...POOF like magic absolute subjugation...like we are beholden to them like good obedient subjects.

Minister McPhee why don't you leave politics. You can't be trusted and you do not care about anything other than your pension. If you truly cared about any of the positions you have held you would apologize and try to make it better. You won't so please move on stop trying to look like you care. Please.

Title: "The Evaporating Effectiveness of Covid-19 Vaccines as Shown by the Newest Ontario Government Data"

Quote:
“As Covid-19 spreads unchecked and becomes seemingly as common as colds and flus, it’s ever-harder to maintain confidence in the mRNA vaccines developed in 2020 to combat the virus’s original strain. Yet the prevailing view still seems to be, Where’s the harm? Might as well be extra-safe and get that booster (or even second booster). But what if an objective statistical analysis of official government data showed not only that the currently available vaccines do nothing to prevent infection by Omicron and its subvariants, but actually make people more susceptible? Following on his groundbreaking analysis of Ontario infection case data in February, Jim Mason returns to the task with this evaluation of the province’s most up-to-date data. Hint: the vaccines aren’t getting any better.”

"National Immunization Awareness Week"? What in the world is that? Never heard of it. That one should fill out my daily calendar for the year.

The Case of the Sinister Minister on Apr 26, 2022 at 2:54 pm
The Covid 19 shots are not vaccines and they are not immunization… They do not make one immune to Covid 19 viral infections. So, they are therefore, not, an immunizer.
Why is McPhee still working as a department head to both H&SS and the DOJ - Two departments involved in years long conflict of personal, political, and professional deviancy such as political interference, professional misconduct and other unwanted activities.
Now they are openly lying to the public about immunizations… Nice! FFS!
Why is McPhee still a minister… A sinister minister indeed if there ever was one!
Thanks Conservatives - Because you have f$&@ed up so bad we are left with a Liberal administration intent on convincing the public that they are a bunch of entitled, racist, misogynists while ignoring and working around the glaring violations of the related laws and the do as I say not as I do attitudes…
Seriously, you would offer up another McPhee mistruth for the news? Surely you must be able to see the deception - No?

Recent Danish study found that mRNA "vaccines" do not prevent death.

What do we need a week for, we have been observing this for over two years straight? How about Civic Liability Day? Use a YTG PD day for it. They have more than enough on our dime.
