Man faces multiple assault charges
A Whitehorse man has been charged with five counts of assault after a police investigation into multiple reported incidents.

The investigation began last February after the RCMP received reports from concerned parents.
“These parents had observed suspicious behaviour by an adult who was in a position of authority over several Whitehorse youths,” police said Wednesday afternoon.
They have charged Geoff Muldoon, 43.
He was arrested on Sept. 18 and released on conditions, including having no contact with the alleged victims.
Muldoon will next appear in court on Oct. 28.

I knew this guy when he lived in Dundas, Ontario. He was considered creepy then - It was no surprise when I read about him getting in trouble with the school board years back.. that's why he moved north, to escape southern Ontario where people knew him. It goes to show that a leopard can't change it's spots!!

Why allow only one group to get preferential treatment under the law.

Some people just need a good ass whoopin and NOT a slap on the wrist.. few public ass whopping and bam, they'll think twice again before any other assaults. Simple really, Canadians are WAY too soft.
