The Japanese tourist found dead at the Takhini Hot Springs earlier this year had no drugs or alcohol in her system.

The toxicology report on Kiyoko Nagasaki, 72, revealed "no drugs, alcohol or illicit drugs in her system,” chief coroner Kirsten Macdonald said today.

Nagasaki was found in the early-morning hours of Feb. 7, unresponsive in the pool.

She had been part of a tour group visiting the Yukon to view the Northern Lights. The group went to the hot springs as part of their visit.

At the time, police said Nagasaki had apparently wandered away from the group toward the hotsprings.

During a head count prior to departing the area, she was noted to be absent.

Macdonald said she has been working closely with the woman's family in Japan.

She is still waiting on the final autopsy report to be completed, before issuing an official cause of death.
