Yes Roy, we are aware of the covid IQ bell curve. Spoiler: you are the one in the middle, we are the ones a standard deviation ahead of that curve.

Lots of deaths, bonanzajoe on Mar 5, 2022 at 9:28 am
Take a look at death stats 1897 to 1904. No covid of course, but as tough as they were, a good number each year had their 'moiling' days cut short by typhoid, tuberculosis, smallpox and other diseases that we now have vaccines for.

@ Matthew
Things were shut down in order to KEEP deaths and disease at those levels.
If things were not shut down those numbers would be WORSE.
Sorry not sorry for the all-caps. 2 years into this you would think internet scientists like yourself would no longer be struggling with this concept. It's something a kid can understand. Why 5% of adults still can't understand it is I guess to be expected given the bell curve of critical thinking abilities.
Maybe now is a good time for you to research what a bell curve is. Report back.

Time to stop being afraid Cheechakos and become Sourdoughs. A little virus didn't stop the old timers from moiling for gold. And exchange your face ko**x for a pair of work pants.

"Common COVID-19 or / (_______) symptoms include fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of sense of taste or smell, headache, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and muscle aches"
You can easily add over 1000 disease/virus instead of Covid. Again, its only killed 36,000 people, out of 38,000,000M. Out of those 36,000, 94% were over 65yrs old. Again, why was the economy shut down and our debt doubled? We haven't seen nothing yet! Get ready for hyper inflation!
