Health care delays are anticipated
Yukoners should expect to see some delays and reduced health care services through the summer and fall months.
Yukoners should expect to see some delays and reduced health care services through the summer and fall months.
That was the word this morning from Health and Social Services Minister Tracy-Anne McPhee.
“The pandemic has created a local, national, and global shortage of health care providers, which is being felt across the territory,” she said in a statement.
“As a result of these pressures on the community nursing staff and agency nursing groups, some of our community health centres may experience temporary reductions in services in the coming months.”
McPhee added, “Nurses are an integral part of Yukon communities and have given so much of themselves throughout the pandemic to help keep us safe.
“We must support their wellness. Health care provider burnout is a real and pressing issue here at home and around the world.”
Temporary service disruptions are being experienced at the Carcross and Ross River Community Health Care Centres, McPhee noted.
“We are working with communities, Community Nursing and interagency partners to address these challenges and mitigate service reductions.”

Oh, don't you worry your pretty Liberals heads, at this point we EXPECT DELAYS IN ALL FACILITIES OF CANADIAN LIFE. I can think of a way to fix that and it only has to be done once. Let's see if that starts happening after Canada Day. Because it might.

This is as far as I could get in that pathetic excuse of an article:
"By having sick through covid vaccination patients show up in hospitals where medical staff were led to believe that they were unvaccinated. Thus, they were more likely to take up the vaccine themselves."
Do you really read this and think "Yes. Yes this is what happened. People got sick from the vaccines - but when they got to the hospital the nurses and doctors were told (by who? doesn't matter ignore that) that the patient was not vaccinated.
The patient did not tell the doctor the truth - they lied and said they weren't vaccinated. Why would they do that? Ignore that - it messes with the narrative.
This then caused the nurses and doctors....who were not yet vaccinated (despite nurses and doctors being the first to be offered the vaccines - just ignore that fact as well)...this convinced the nurses and doctors that this illness was from covid...and then the doctors and nurses went and got the shots.

For a reality check read this article by Dr. Pierre Kory entitled "Nursing Reports From The Front Lines – Is Reality Finally Creeping In?"
Quoting one of these health practitioners:
“I think many of the physicians are exhibiting dissociation. It takes an enormous amount of energy to maintain their narrative and hold off the reality hitting them in the face every day.”

FROM: Salmon Arm, gem of the Shuswap, I salute you… “Charming town has outgrown its infamous Pierre Trudeau visit” - Grant Lawrence
May 18, 2018 11:04 AM
“For years, Salmon Arm, B.C. was infamous for a rude gesture. It was in Salmon Arm where then-Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau defiantly stuck out his middle finger at a group of stunned protesters. This was during the recession-hit summer of 1982, and the gesture became known as the ‘Salmon Arm Salute.’
Our current prime minister was with his father on that fateful day, and Justin still occasionally gets asked about it: “Why did your dad give everyone in Western Canada the middle finger?’
JT often stammers through his answer and mentions how much he loves Salmon Arm.”
In my day we referred to this as the “Trudeau Salute”… So yes, I can remember a time when things were just as bad or worse than they are now. However, it seems most likely that the son has succeeded the father in terms of scale… Monumentally so…
Pierre was known to be a ladies man too… Hmmm… Hollywood has imploded and the resulting gravitational forces are distorting the boundaries of reality so that the art of perception becomes a fluid slipstream of colours running, mixing, and separating again in some abreactive impulse… Elect another Trudeau… What is the worse that could happen? LOL, LOL, LOL!!

Justin is not getting welcomed anywhere. Has anyone ever seen this at the level it is with any other government in the past? The pot is dry he has exhausted every avenue and it is going to be harder to get normal back. He has affected everyone in this country negatively, and could not have planned it any better to ruin the place we know as Canada

It is sadly ironic that the Liberals are so much like that older sibling who used to hold you down, and with their greater strength grab your wrists and force you to punch yourself while saying; why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself?
Of course, there are those who like hitting themselves out of some fetishistic perversion, or those who are too submissive and permissive to say anything about it… Who go along with it while telling others it is not so bad, it’s the way of things… Very much like domestic abuse that has been internalized because of the accumulation of toxic shame showered upon them by their literal handlers…
AND YES - I am not just comparing this current form of Liberalism to domestic abuse, I am saying that this current form of Liberalism is domestic abuse reinforced by codes of silence; cancellations, categorizations, compelled speech, acceptable thought, uncertainty, chaos, with no understanding of the common rules to navigate… The unpredictability of Liberal rage!!!

You would think our fearless leader Hanley would have some insight into this industry or was he just and administrator doctor.
He will deal with it like he did at his constituency office, just paper over the windows and answer no question. Does he ever have to go.

The problem is what McPhee is not saying. I personally know three nurses who were unlawfully put on leave without pay/fired/let go/quit? (not sure what terminology YG is using these days). Meanwhile, there is a covid breakout at the hospital (WH Star, Mar 28, 2022) and Whistlebend care home (WH Star, Apr 20, 2022) where all staff are vaxed and masked (and probably the patients/residents also). How many other well-trained and experienced Yukon nursing staff were kicked out of the Yukon health system? The Liberal/NDP coalition contributed to this mess with their discriminatory and ineffective vax mandates. But let's pretend it's all the 'pandemic's' fault.

No, the pandemic did not cause this health care workers’ shortage. Minister Tracy-Ann McPhee, please stop lying to us. We know only too well that the true reason for the health care workers shortage is because of your imposing the covid vaccine mandate on them. Many health care workers who refused the jab have been put on unpaid leave and let go. Those that took the jab still got sick with covid anyway. Last month’s story was that there was a covid “outbreak” among the hospital staff, all of whom had already been jabbed for covid. Obviously the covid vaccine doesn't stop transmission of the virus.
Many health care workers are only too aware of the risks of severe adverse effects from the covid vaccine, which is still at the experimental stage, which is why they decline to take it.
Removing the vax mandate for health care workers is the obvious solution. Workers should never be coerced to take an experimental vaccine, especially one that has shown it’s neither effective nor safe.

Welcome to the era of the Liberal Death Cult party where one can expect delays in healthcare treatments, a lack of Mental Health treatment, and streamlined processes to increase the accessibility of MAID.
It’s a good thing the Liberals have expanded access to MAID to include mental health and poverty related concerns. Cause there will soon be a lot of poor and depressed people looking for a solution, perhaps even a final one?

I betcha' we'd have staff if the Liberals would cough (a small pun intended) up the money for them. Life is cheap to the Liberals.. Anyone remember Terry Coventry?
Terry died because the Liberals, Silver and the Cartel..you too McPhee, refused to buy a $40,000 dialysis machine. Sooo many people have kidney problems. But, the Liberals thought is was ok to let Terry die. Not to mention my pal "Frank" who had to leave with cancer because this government refused to cover his chemo. Yeah.. there are some treatments the "formulary' covers. But, certainly not all of them.
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/north/terry-coventry-hemodialysis-yukon-dead-1.5414637.
Its not cheap to be a medical professional. A seat, just the seat, is $60,000 a year at the University of Sask. They have to put up with everyones crap, save your life, tell the people who love you, you didn't make it, stitch, cut, clean up puke, blood, pick glass out of your face from a bar fight.. When you say, at 3:am.. God, i don't want to die with this heart attack, who do you think is there. The Liberals just do see any benefit to paying out money for health care.
This is what he promised.. but DID NOT do.. https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/trudeau-6-billion-health-care-1.6149945

No, once again McPhee is incorrect. The LIBgov policies requiring all employees to get the experimental C0vax shots caused shortage of health care providers. Many quit rather than get jabbed and many have become too ill to work because of the adverse effects of the C0vid shots. ALL of the shortages in material and human resources are directly caused by the LIBgov's disastrous C0vid policies. C0vid didn't cause this, the autocratic govt that leftist voters imposed on the rest of us caused it.
