Haines opposes bill on reciprocal fishing licences arrangement
The Haines Borough Assembly has voted unanimously to send a letter to House Rep. Jonathan Kreiss-Tomkins, D-Sitka, asking him to remove a bill that would eliminate Alaska's reciprocal fishing licence arrangement with the Yukon.
