Ex-supervisor has little use for Carrel report
DAWSON CITY In his recent report Trusteeship Background and Consequences, Andre Carrel, Dawson's former financial supervisor, states, 'What happened in Dawson on April 13, 2004, was not a take over by Big Government'. It was the financial collapse of a democratically elected government.'
