Duo will have to shoulder legal fees, judge rules
Two of the founders of the Yukon Junior Association of Mushers (YJAM) will not receive compensation for legal fees they incurred as a result of a human rights complaint filed against them, Judge John Faulkner ruled in small claims court this morning.
