A collision on the Two Mile Hill Monday afternoon caused a vehicle to slide into a light pole.
At around 1:30 p.m., a Volkswagen Jetta turned left from Industrial Road in front of a Dodge Grand Caravan travelling up the Two Mile Hill on the inside lane.
The two vehicles collided, causing the Grand Caravan to skid into a light pole.
Whitehorse RCMP spokesperson Natasha Dunmall said this morning the 58-year-old man in the Grand Caravan was taken to Whitehorse General Hospital with unspecified injuries.
“An investigation is continuing under the Motor Vehicles Act,” Dunmall indicated.
The RCMP, Whitehorse Fire Department and Yukon Emergency Medical Services attended the scene.

There is nothing dangerous. Just bad drivers. Don't go unless it is safe to do so. Take peoples licence away when they can't make good decisions. Have you seen Canada's Worst Drivers? Driving is a privilege not a right.

Never turning left on Two mile hill at Industrial road on Dec 30, 2015 at 7:37 am
The crossing at Industrial road should become right turn only. Quickly crossing two lanes to find a gap at the lanes going downtown is just dangerous.

Someone's going to get killed there at that left hand turn, it's just a matter of time, that is the most dangerous intersection in Whitehorse, going into Industrial road or coming out of it onto the two mile hill roadway, something needs to be done with that turn.
