Ugly intersection. Time the pedestrian lights were turned into demand lights or activated at peak times only. Hesitate to call it a rush hour, but at busy times one can wait up to 10 minutes to turn left from Wann Rd so impatience kicks in or there is a passenger who pops out & pushes pedestrian button to stop hwy traffic. Also some northbound traffic still have rt turn signal on because it hasn't self cancelled from turning at top of 2 Mile Hill. Add in the rt turn lane on highway that also covers a previous rt turn so difficult to tell when northbound is going to turn or whether it will; the idiots who turn left from Goody's, & traffic turning rt from Wann blocking vision from southbound vehicles & you have a recipe for disaster.
Surprised there are not more accidents or pedestrians aren't hit because hwy red usually only operates during school opening/closing & drivers fail to see it because they don't expect it. Fix it COW traffic people! 12th & hwy is another messy issue at peak times; one set of fully functioning lights at Wann would solve a lot for PC residents turning left on to hwy.
