Don't charge $1 million for a liquor licence: MLA

Selling spiked lemonade from a cardboard box by the curb is not how the minister responsible for the Yukon Liquor Corp. envisions future neighbourhood pubs. However, a $1-million minimum investment is too much, say the Liberals.
