The territory's chief coroner has announced dates for an inquest into the deaths of five people claimed by carbon monoxide poisoning last winter in Whitehorse.
Last Jan. 29, Bradley, Valerie, Gabriel and Rebekah Rusk and their friend, Donald McNamee, were found dead in their rented Porter Creek home.
The inquest into their deaths will take place Feb. 4-8 at the Gold Rush Inn, Yukon coroner Kirsten Macdonald said this week.
It will be overseen by territorial court judge John Faulkner.
The jury will hear from witnesses and be asked to officially determine some basic facts such as when and where the five people died.
They will also be given the opportunity to make recommendations on how to prevent similar deaths from happening in the future.
Coroner's juries do not make criminal findings of guilt.
The Centennial Street house involved in the tragedy was demolished earlier this year.
