Dr. Catherine Elliott, the acting chief medical officer of health, on Tuesday reported the death of one more Yukon resident from COVID-19.

This brings the total to 21 deaths due to COVID-19 since the first death was reported in October 2020.

“Out of respect for the individuals and their families, we will not be releasing any additional information,” stated a news release.

“My sincere condolences go out to the family and loved ones of the individual. Each loss the Yukon experiences from this virus is a tragedy,” said Elliott.

Premier Sandy Silver added his condolences at this morning’s weekly COVID-19 briefing.

Earlier, the government reported 53 active cases of COVID-19, with 37 news cases. Today, there were 43 active cases.

Last Sunday, eight new cases were reported. Last Saturday, there were nine new cases, while last Friday saw 11 new cases.

The testing positivity rate has risen to 29.3 per cent from 23 per cent, indicating the numbers are trending in the wrong direction.

Shush! Too bad you do not know me! I'm actually a peach! A virtual ray of sunshine!. I used to post my name. Until the nut jobs started phoning me, threatening me on the street. Who would have guessed a sweetheart like me could be so aggravating?

Word gets around and many of us know who is passing away, from what, with what.. Someone wanting a few more details doesn't change the grief we feel for those who we know, and are gone now.

One more victim of the clot-shot. Thanks to the PCR test that keeps churning out false positives, seniors who die soon after the clot-shot are categorized as 'covid death'. No trust left at all for the medical establishment when they won't even release relevant details about these deaths. Their claims of 'respecting privacy' are so phony. Other jurisdictions do provide those detailed statistics.

The odds are good but the goods are odd on Mar 2, 2022 at 6:07 pm

The same day it‘s announced the restrictions will be lifted? Give us all a break. The odds of these occurring on the same day are approximately 1 in 500,000. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m completely done with being played by the Village Elliott. She’s got a carrot in one hand and a billy club in the other. I choose neither.

“Out of respect for the individuals and their families, we will not be releasing any additional information,” The libs sure got this comment memorized. But, what they leave out is "Out of disdain for the people, we will not be releasing any additional information".

I am terribly sorry for another death. Vaxxed? Unvaxxed? Sorry to the family.

This entire so called pandemic campaign has been so mismanaged, it's incredible that these shot callers can even tie their own shoes.
