Court reporter remains puzzled by government
After a civil court process which resulted in a settlement, 13 boxes of paperwork and a lot of stress, Joyce Bachli is still considering whether to launch a law suit against the Yukon government in an effort to find out how she lost her 50 per cent share in the court reporting (where court proceedings are transcribed) contract, close to three months after she learned she had won it.
