Charges likely after sedan slams into guard rail
At least one witness watched the driver of this grey sedan get into her car outside a downtown bar Saturday evening and drive up Two Mile Hill, before misjudging the right-hand turn at Industrial Road and slamming into the guard rail surrounding the Integra Tire yard.
