Charges laid in unrelated incidents
A 24-year-old Whitehorse man was arrested and charged with one count each of obstructing a peace officer, attempting to disarm a peace officer, resisting arrest, uttering threats, and possession of a controlled substance early Wednesday morning after the RCMP received a 911 call.
