Carcross Inherits Fire Truck From Skagway
A 35-year-old fire engine retired by the Skagway Fire Department has been accepted by the Carcross Fire Department. Carcross Fire Chief Dave Welin, who was accompanied by Yukon Deputy Fire Marshal Mike Marcuson, drove the engine to Carcross in late October.
