Battle to oust chief lands in Supreme Court

A member of the Little Salmon-Carmacks First Nation is petitioning the Yukon Supreme Court to step in and set aside a decision by the elders council that permitted Chief Eddie Skookum to stay in office after he was charged with assaulting his girlfriend.
