A man facing a charge stemming from a police raid on a Riverdale townhouse in May will see his case go to trial in August.

Jason Johnson has entered a not guilty plea to possession of drugs for trafficking, with his trial booked for Aug. 10.

Another three men facing close to 30 weapons charges and a charge of possession for trafficking have yet to enter pleas in their cases.

When the search warrant was executed in May, between 10 and 15 RCMP officers entered 49 Sternwheeler on Lewes Boulevard.

After arresting six individuals inside, officers searched the residence.

They found 31 grams of crack cocaine, another 31 rocks of crack, 2 1/2 grams of powdered cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, nine firearms including an AK-47 and machine pistol, $20,000 in cash and drug paraphernalia.

John Bourne, Matthew Devellano and Kelly Auclair face weapon and drug charges.

Their next court appearance is set for July 11.

Two other people were also arrested in the area the same night, one who was leaving the residence and another who was visiting the townhouse.

Eli Auclair is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, with his next court date also set for July 11, while Donna MacFarlane is charged with breaching court conditions.

She was set to be in court today.
