MITTENS is a 15-year-old female cat. ‘When I first got here, the staff at the Mae Bachur Animal Shelter had to give me a pretty big haircut because I was matted. Once they did that, I felt so good! My future forever home will need to make sure I’m brushed regularly to avoid me needing such a big haircut in the future. I’m a really sweet girl who adores chin scratches and attention. I love to talk to you and tell you how I’m feeling! I have a really loud purr, and when I’m really feeling the pets you give me, I like to headbutt! The staff here say my future home should work with me on getting my weight down so I can live an extra-long life!
