CASPER is a two-year-old husky. He is a wonderful dog and likes kids. Unfortunately, Casper needs surgery on his knee, and the Mae Bachur Animal Shelter hopes to raise about $4,500 by next month, when the surgeon is in town. See this happy guy at the shelter today!
