Why won't the city honour its own parking plan?
As the owner of a small business located in the Horwood's Mall, I thank John Rogers for continuing to patronize our downtown business core despite the inconvenience and costs expressed in his letter of June 5 - "City officials: you win! I'll shop elsewhere".
