We're witnessing a craven attitude
I would like someone on city council to explain to me why, when you have a municipal bylaw prohibiting overnight parking in commercial spaces, such as the Wal-Mart parking lot, that is deemed an 'unenforceable bylaw', and when you can nail someone for driving a bicycle on the 'sidewalk' or without a helmet, well, that is very enforceable.
