Ed. note: this is an open letter to Mayor Ernie Bourassa and city council. It is time the 'Great Greenbelt Debate' be put to bed. I have heard everything from Yukon Supreme Court action to cutting down all trees in Whitehorse and my own threat of an injunction in Riverdale.
