This court decision should stand as is
On May 23, 2007, the Yukon Supreme Court rendered its decision in LSCFN v. Government of Yukon (Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources) 2007 YKSC 28 and found that the common law duty to consult and accommodate, as put forward by the Supreme Court of Canada, applies to Yukon first nation final agreements.
