Roundabout stupidity leaves me flabbergasted
I read the article in your Wednesday, Dec. 14th edition, titled 'City squares up third roundabout plan' with disbelief that our city could be so freakin' stupid by proposing to spend $225,000 for a roundabout at the intersection of Lewes Boulevard and Hospital Road.
