After reading Mr. Tom Irvine's latest editorial (a.k.a. letters to the editor, Star, Feb. 21), the point is not so much whether you believe our tax dollars are wasted by government on the impoverished of the world, but rather Mr. Irvine's misguided representation of the decimal system.
