Yukon people, particularly anglers, will likely be surprised to know that one of the most confusing proposed regulation change for 2004, 'Streamline and Simplify Sport Fishing Catch, Possession Size Limits and Gear Requirements', from the Department of Environment, had recommendations from the Yukon Fish and Wildlife Management Board sent to the minister, and now most have been accepted.
