A big thank you to Fountain Tire

When I took my car into Fountain Tire last month to have my snow tires changed to summer, I knew they were busy.

I was prepared to wait; I told them I had brought a book. The wait was not that onerous - about an hour and half.

When it came time to pay, I was told because I was inconvenienced by the wait time, there would be no charge.

In the interim, I had time to observe how they ran their shop. I was impressed by the efficiency of it and the courteous and professional way their customers were treated.

If all the businesses in Whitehorse can observe the same kind of courtesy and consideration in dealing with their customers , we will ride through these perilous times successfully and unhurt.

Thank you, Fountain Tire.
