Early last week, I attempted to secure a meeting with the Minister of Community Services, Glenn Hart, in order to explain to him why I and many other citizens of Whitehorse feel there is a need for an inquiry into whether or not City of Whitehorse staff misled city council about the effects of second-hand smoke.
