- Phil Fontaine's message really horrified me I listened with great interest to the comments that were made by Phil Fontaine of the Assembly of First Nations to the Yukon first nation chiefs at their meeting last week (Star, Jan. 11).
- Only we can make the system change First of all, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Audrey McLaughlin for her scholarly and candid comments in the Jan. 9 Whitehorse Star.
- We must hold MP's feet to the fire Subject: federal coffers overflowing.
- I'm happy the signs are gone In regards to the story in the Jan. 13 Star about the Conservative signs being taken off the electrical poles, I am glad those signs were removed. I feel the election signs are a blight on our landscape. I love looking at the scenery, not the signery.

- Write No' beside each ballot name I received a pamphlet for Pam Boyde's campaign in my mailbox this week.

- Laws should be offence-based A louder cry, more gun control, and more tax dollars. No one is ignorant of the billions of dollars that have already been spent on gun control that has sent gun control out of control.

- Horrible situation' needs remedy Concern regarding protection for children new act or no act?
- I now concede I was in error Star Choice contacted me to advise that the advertisement in The Brick should have contained the words, 'New Star Choice Customers Only'.
