- Literacy leader recognized Ed. note: Deputy Premier Elaine Taylor presented the fourth annual Council of the Federation Literacy Award to Gordon Hardie of Dawson City on Thursday on behalf of Premier Dennis Fentie. The government released this statement about the winner:
