- Just where do we draw the line? I am writing in regards to your article "Jarvis Street Saloon issued three-day suspension” by Stephanie Waddell, which appeared in the Friday, March 1 edition of the Star.
- Country residential owners getting hosed I agree with Mr. George Balmer's letter in the Feb. 27th edition of the Whitehorse Star.
- Teachers should denounce this policy of pure hatred My name is Ruth Nielsen, and I am currently studying at the University of Victoria.
- They need to try some common sense It might have been helpful to your readers if Tony Grabowski of the Yukon Liquor Corp. had been a little more specific about the alleged violation of Tab 11 by the Jarvis Street Saloon (Star, March 1).
- The Yukon Territory needs a new credo! So, the new F.H Collins Secondary School tenders in at twice what was budgeted (Star, Feb. 28).

Here's what I get for my taxpaying Above is the photo of the snow fort my son and I built at the school bus stop on the paved (and then travelled) portion of Sage Place in the Mary Lake subdivision on Dec. 1, 2012. That is after the last time we saw the snow plow here.
- I see buses with no passengers On Tuesday, the Whitehorse Star gave a full page to "City budget keeps buses operating evenings”.
- Few places rival the Peel in untouched landscapes Six years ago, my wife and I had the privilege of canoeing the Wind River.
- Leef should help the cause Over the past several decades, a tragedy has quietly unfolded in our own backyard: disproportionate and disturbingly high rates of aboriginal women and girls have gone missing or been murdered.
