VALIANT EFFORT – Vanier Crusaders star Linsey Eby, left, is swarmed by Skagway Panthers players on her way to the basket during the Don Hather Basketball Tournament held in Skagway, Alaska, over the weekend. The tournament pits Whitehorse and Alaska high school teams against each other in a Canada versus U.S.A. format. Vanier, F.H. Collins, and Porter Creek each sent teams to the tournament. The Alaskan schools won 15 of the 18 contests. JEFF BRADY/SKAGWAY NEWS
