Rory Sinclair Eckert scores game winning goal for Fountain Tire in U-9 Soccer League

Rory Sinclair Eckert's first goal this season was certainly a memorable one for him and his Fountain Tire teammates on Thursday in the U-9 Soccer League.

Rory Sinclair Eckert’s first goal this season was certainly a memorable one for him and his Fountain Tire teammates on Thursday in the U-9 Soccer League.

Sinclair’s marker not only gave his team the 3-2 advantage, but also helped him win Fountain Tire’s MVP award in the team’s 4-2 victory over the Whitehorse Elks.

Fountain Tire 4, Whitehorse Elks 2

Tyler Milton opened up the game for Fountain Tire, scoring a pair of goals and Dylan Cozens netted the fourth goal for the team.

Cody Amoral scored both goals for the Whitehorse Elks.

Kilrich Industries 3, Intersport 1

Luke Bacika scored the majority of the goals for Kilrich Industries, netting two in total on Tuesday in the U-9 Soccer League.

The team’s remaining goal scorer was Georgia Gaw and its MVP was Max Zaparinuk.

Sierra Link scored the lone goal for Intersport and Jack Blair was named MVP.

U-11 Soccer League: Nov. 19


Dirkbuilt Construction 7, Austring, Fendrick, Fairman and Parkkari 3

Benjamin Cannings booted in an early goal for Dirkbuilt, followed by Peter Jacobs and Quin Maltais with two goals each, and other singles coming from Alexandra Maltais and Ehsan Idrees.

Peter Jacobs was named as team MVP for his hard work.

Sean Clarke scored two for AFF&P and Zachary Heynen slotted a third in between Clarke’s goals. The team’s MVP was Danika Pennell.

Mic Mac Toyota Flame-fighters 5, Wintemute 1

Luka van Randen scored twice for Mic Mac Toyota, while Chloe Turner Davis, Danica Avery and MVP Brandon Cull each finished with one goal.

Hannah Milner scored for Wintemute and Sam Wintemute was named as MVP.

Medicine Chest Pharmacy 3, PropertyGuys.com 2

Akshay Malhotra, Jenelle Cousins and Samual Bonar each scored for Medicine Chest Pharmacy, while Jared Huber was named as MVP.
