DAWSON CITY – The City of Dawson’s submission to the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Assessment Board (YESAB) on the Slinky Mine stops well short of saying, “Don’t do it.”

Yukon Liberal Leader Arthur Mitchell is concerned by the recent refusal of Treasury Board president Stockwell Day to provide assurances that public pension plans are off-limits in the coming federal belt tightening.
