Clint’s Crew, newly rebranded as Yukon Jack, continued to roll over their eight-ball opposition on Thursday as they posted an easy 8-1 victory over a depleted Balls Deep team who were missing top player Rob Sinclair.

Bill Berezowski was Yukon Jack’s top pointgetter, earning 75 out of a possible 80. The win stretched Yukon Jack’s lead in the standings to 4.5 points over the Bad Goatees.

The Bad Goatees did win their match over cellar dwellers We’ve Got Balls, but only by the slimmest of margins. Their 5-4 win was led once again by Ron MacLellan who posted his second perfect 80-point night.

In another tight battle, the Alpha Cues overcame an early slump to prevail over the Shockers 5-4. Top man once again for the Alpha Cues was the ageless wonder Ed Lepp who posted a 74, winning seven of his eight matches.

The Ramblin’ Rowdies rebounded from a poor showing last week to down the Cunning Stunts 6-3. Spirits were high as the Rowdies had their coach, captain and inspirational leader back in the fold as Gord Arndt returned from the injured reserve.

Finally, the Kids in the Hall suffered a meltdown resulting in a stunning 6.5-2.5 loss to Team Awesome.
