Air North edged out Sun Life 92-89 Sunday night to claim the fourth semifinal position in the local Filipino hoops league.

Air North will now take on KFC, while USANA will battle IT Care for a spot in the finals. The final best-of-three series will begin April 25, with Game 2 going April 26 and, if necessary, Game 3 going May 3 at F.H. Collins Secondary School.

Air North squeaked past Sun Life in the quarter-finals, thanks to a team-high 26 points from Noel Pagobo.

Lyndon Pagobo (18), Ian Pagobo (17) and Luke Mahilum (11) were also in double digits.

Sun Life’s Chris Carino had a game-high 29 points, but it would not be enough to topple the Jets.
