Kilrich nails down victory

Chris Nash hammered home a hat trick to lead Kilrich past the Firth Rangers 10-4 in Whitehorse Oldtimers hockey action Thursday night at Takhini Arena. Andrew Pothier fired home a pair of goals, and singles came from Dave White, Elgin Schwantz, Chris Carli, Ron Cruikshank and John Pereira. For Firth, it was Gord Campbell with three and Greg Lane with the other.

Tim Hortons 3, Medicine Chest 3

Geordan Clark took care of all the scoring for Tims, and Kirk Price, Al Hansen and Ken Vickerman replied for the Chest.

Wednesday:

Air North 4, EDI 0

Floyd McCormick posted his first shutout of the season, and four different players scored for Air North in victory. Ed van Randen, Russ McDiarmid, Bernie Adilman and Dustin Heffner were the snipers.

Yukon Inn 8, AON 1

Alfred Feldman filled up the scoresheet with three goals and three assists to pace the Inn. Anthony Grottoli netted two goals, and singles came from Gord Peterson, Greg Charlie and Martin Lawrie. AON’s Blaine Demchuk spoiled the shutout bid with four minutes left in the contest.
