CURLING FOR DOLLARS – Junior curling skip Joe Wallingham throws a rock during a game against his father, Walter Wallingham, at the Whitehorse Curling Club Sunday morning. While the senior Wallingham managed to beat his son’s team, George Hilderman was the big winner of the Polar Eyes Optometry Curling Cash Spiel, taking home $1,800 for his championship win over Bob Smallwood’s rink. Smallwood took home $1,300 for his runner-up finish.
