Youth have an opportnity to learn basic, advance, and racing sailing skills, while promoting safe boating practices and developing a northern sailing community.

Training includes the basics of sailing in a unique environment focusing on fun and boating safety.

Launching, docking, steering, balancing and propulsion are also covered.

Capsizing was one of the popular events of the course.

Adults can learn as well on Wednesday evenings at the lake in the Adult Dingy Club.

The club continues through August. All levels of sailors are welcome.
