Earls Restaurant completed their fine squash season in style last night, drubbing Yukon Tree Services 19-12.

The win put the top Div. 1 squad a massive 52 points ahead of runner-up Aurora Geosciences.

Aurora did their best to bridge the gap, walloping Assante 24-7 in the final regular season games last night, but it wouldn’t be enough.

Yukon Tree Services held onto third place, sitting three points up on Assante.

The third game saw Better Bookkeeping get past TSL Contractors Ltd. 16-12 in a battle of cellar dwellers. TSL finished the season in last place.

With the playoffs set to begin next week, the Earls foursome of Gary Tanner, Glenn Rudman, Shahid Syed and Tyler Nesgaard looks like the team to beat.

But Aurora’s roster of Max Beauchamps, Marc Jubinville, Doug Thorseth and Mustafa Syed will attempt to give them a run for their money.

Div. 2 action will wrap up Thursday night at Better Bodies Fitness.

Last season, EBA Engineering claimed the Div. 1 title while Better Bookkeeping won Div. 2.
