Allan Muir Hansen
August 10, 1934 - April 12, 2024
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Al Hansen on Friday, April 12th, 2024.
Al was born in Foam Lake, Sask., and went on to have a rewarding career with the RCMP and then in oil and gas.
He was predeceased by his son David Hansen, member of the Calgary City Police in 1990, and his wife Dorothy in 2022.
He is survived by his children, Charlene (Dan), and Brian (Val), and grandchildren Jestice, Shayne, Leah, Fynn, Dane, and Lily.
Al was dedicated to his faith, family, and friends.
There will be a small service held with Rev. Bonnie Luft on Saturday, May 4th, at 2:00 p.m. at St Peters Anglican Church, 903-75 Ave. SW, Calgary.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Stars Air Ambulance, SPCA or Salvation Army.
